Thomas M.
Haythe has practiced for
more than 40 years in the area of domestic and international business law,
including mergers and acquisitions, public and private
financings, corporate restructurings and commercial contracts. Over the years, Mr. Haythe has
acted as a legal and business advisor to various boards of directors
and board committees and has been a director of a number of public companies. In addition, he
has extensive experience in the design and negotiation of senior
executive compensation arrangements. Mr. Haythe was the founder and senior partner of Haythe & Curley, a medium-sized international law firm headquartered in New York City.
